Registration

For registration fill Registration form.

• The deadline for registration is October 1, 2024.
• The heats will be filled according to the registration order until the maximum number of crews in each category is reached. The organizer reserves the right to decrease or increase the number of participants in each category, depending on water and/or technical conditions.
• Registrations will be done electronically at www.eights-on-sava.mladost.hr Verified registrations must be delivered to the dedicated judges at least 2 hours before the start of the competition (by 10:00 am on the day of the event).
• The year of birth must be shown on the registration form for all participants.
• The registration fee is150 € for each crew (for each 8+) payable to Privredna banka Zagreb, dr. Franje Račkog 6, the account  IBAN HR78 23400091100012581, SWIFT CODE (BIC) : PBZGHR2X until October 1, 2024. 
• Cancellation of crews is possible only by e-mailing a verified medical certification of the crew member disability to the organizers email address havk@mladost.hr. Substitution of crew members (up to 50%) is possible on the race day in the Regatta office, on Saturday, October 12, between 8:00 and 10:00.  
• Boat rental is possible with a 30-day advanced notification to the organizer at the cost of 100 € per boat.
• Each crew member is responible for his/her own medical and health condition
• All participants must be able to swim, insured against any accidents which may occur at this event, and be medically fit, which will be confirmed on the verified registration form signed by the responsible club representative
